Today was a very busy day. I got up at 6:30 a.m. and had a quick breakfast. Then I went to school early because there was a math test this morning. I studied all night yesterday, so I felt a bit tired.

In the morning class, the teacher gave us a short quiz on the grammar we learned last week. I did well, but I made a few mistakes in the sentence structure part. After that, we had a break and I met my friend Li Ming in the schoolyard. We talked about our weekend plans. He said he would go to the park with his family, while I plan to stay home and read a book.

During lunchtime, I ate with my classmates. The food was delicious, especially the chicken and vegetable soup. After lunch, we had an English class. Our teacher asked us to write a short diary entry in English. I wrote about my day and tried to use some new vocabulary I learned recently.

At the end of the day, I went home and did my homework. I also reviewed the grammar points I had trouble with. Although I was tired, I felt happy because I did my best today.
